"Best Child Care"
The educational program of Blossom Valley Academy is based on the current child growth and development patters. In our program, emphasis is placed on the needs of the individual child. Each child is helped to experience success at an appropriate level of maturity, and is given many opportunities to learn and grown in new activities and experiences.
Our Goal is that each child will be able to:
1. Develop an ability to communicate effectively with teachers and classmates, hear and learn the sounds used to form words, and understand and follow simple instruction.
2. Develop a growing concept of the relationship of numbers, time, space and form.
3. Have opportunities for learning the basis phenomenon of weather and seasonal changes.
4. Learn the growth cycle of plants and animal and others
5. Develop an awareness of music, an appreciation of sound and rhythm, and an ability to participate in some form of musical expression.
6. Use art and craft materials, and develop an increasing appreciation of form, color and texture.
7. Learn more about self and others through informal role-play.
8. Grow in assuming personal responsibility for self and others.
9. Develop understanding, attitudes and skills appropriate for the child's particular age.
